If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of receipt of product (clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refunds). Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please follow these five easy steps to return merchandise:
1. Call 916-549-2713 within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
2. Receive a return merchandise authorization form from customer service.
3. Complete return form and include inside of box.
4. Repack merchandise in original box with original packing material.
5. Return package by preferred shipping company to address on return form.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged. Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refunds at any time.
